In-house Research to ask recent buyers how satisfied they were with their purchasing experience with Millgate, summed up by the question: would they recommend us to someone else? In-house Research is an independent market research company, which works with many of the UK’s leading housebuilders. They are experts in asking the questions that reveal the true opinions of customers, and in 2019 carried out 57,000 telephone interviews, getting high levels of response, to gather the data. The results they achieve, therefore, are of very high quality and can be trusted to reflect what customers really think.
We were extremely pleased to learn that Millgate scored 97.4% for customer satisfaction. This has earned us a Gold Award; an accreditation that In-House Research gives to any business that achieves 90% or more for that crucial ‘would you recommend us’ question.
