Evening Standard New Homes Awards 2016
Millgate was recognised for its exemplary work at one of the housebuilding industries most reputable events of the year
The Evening Standard’s New Homes Awards 2016, presented by comedian Jack Whitehall and held at the Dorchester Hotel on 20 May, saw the company win an award for ‘Best Out of London Home’ for its exclusive Ryemead house at High Warren in Ashtead, Surrey.
Now in its 25th year, the Evening Standard New Homes Awards acknowledges the very best achievements from Britain's housebuilders. The awards are judged by a panel of respected industry experts and Evening Standard readers. This year was an outstanding success, with an exceptional number of nearly 450 property professionals in attendance.
Since it launched, High Warren proved highly successful, with just one property now available. The gated development offers five outstanding properties catering perfectly to the top end of the market, drawing interest particularly from international families in need of a luxurious base in easy reach of central London.
Jonathan Cranley, Sales and Marketing Director for Millgate commented: “We are delighted to receive this excellent recognition for our highly talented and hardworking teams work at High Warren. Prime residential locations, exciting elevation treatments, extensive mature landscaping and an exemplary quality of finish all highlight the difference that is a Millgate home. High Warren is a prime example of this – it is no wonder that the homes sold so well.”
