Chapel Pines is located at the end of Beaufront Road, a pleasant residential area just on the outskirts of Camberley.

It is perfectly positioned for all that Camberley and the surrounding countryside have to offer and is in easy reach of both rail and major road links.

Residents of Camberley are well catered for with a good selection of both shops and restaurants. From major department stores to small family-run retailers, Camberley town centre offers superb shopping facilities.

The Atrium is Camberley’s new eating and entertainment destination. Located in the centre of the town it combines shops, restaurants, a 9-screen cinema, bowling arena and a health and fitness club.

The Mall in Camberley town centre offers over 100 stores including House of Fraser, Sainsbury's, and many other 'high street' names as well as various independent shops whilst, on the edge of Camberley is The Meadows, a superstore complex that includes Marks & Spencer and Tesco.

For those who like to keep fit, the Arena Leisure Centre offers its members state of the art workout classes, a gym, swimming pools, one-to-one instructor sessions, a health suite including a sauna, steam room and spa plus roller-skating, squash and many other facilities.

Alternatively, golfers have use of two 18-hole golf courses in the form of the Camberley Heath Golf Club, a true classic amongst heathland golf courses, while the superb par 72 Pine Ridge golf course is one of the country's top public courses for quality and value.

For further entertainment, Ascot, one of the world's greatest racecourses, is some 5 miles away while, for those who are fans of the stage, The Camberley Theatre offers an exciting programme of arts and entertainment with drama, music, comedy, films, workshops and a highly successful annual pantomime.

Those with children have a good choice of both state and independent schools. The Lyndhurst School was founded in 1895 and is one of only a few day preparatory schools with an unbroken history of over 100 years and Hawley Place School was recently awarded the International School Award. Both are coeducational schools ranging from nursery to preparatory. The Collingwood College was one of the first Technology Colleges established in England and has been awarded the status of a High Performing Specialist School. This coeducational college caters for years 7-11 plus sixth form students.

Camberley has excellent links to London by both road and rail with trains from Camberley station (1.9miles) taking you into London Waterloo in 11⁄4 hours. Junction 3 of the M3 (2.52miles) provides easy access to the national motorway network.*
