MILLGATE PRESERVES FUTURE OF COBHAM GREEN BELT PARKLAND AT FLAGSHIP KNOWLE HILL PARK DEVELOPMENT

Millgate has confirmed today that the 45 acres of Green Belt parkland and paddocks surrounding its Knowle Hill Park development in Cobham, Surrey will NOT be available to Elmbridge Borough Council as part of its search for new housing land in the Local Plan process.
