Millgate Homes appoints Customer Liaison Manager

As part of its ongoing expansion, Millgate Homes has made a key addition to its Sales Team. Guildford-based Louise Mills, who brings with her over 5 years experience in Customer Services Management at Grenville Homes and previously St James Homes, is keen to take up the challenge.

The new role has been created to provide a personal service to guide customers through the process of purchasing and personalising their homes, a relationship that will start at the point of reservation and, in partnership with the Sales Managers, ensure a smooth journey through to completion, as Louise explains:

“I am joining Millgate Homes at a very exciting time – my first responsibility will be to liaise with purchasers at two flagship developments regarding everything from their specification choice and customer variation requests through to advising on build progress. Working with such high quality product and within a team that is so passionate about the brand is a real inspiration.”
