Millgate Homes appoints new Commercial Manager 

Following the unprecedented success of the last financial year which saw Berkshire-based Millgate Homes more than double the number of units it builds and move to purpose built, state-of-the-art new offices, the Company has extended its growing Management with the appointment of a Commercial Manager.

With a career spanning over 16 years in the industry, Marc Taylor brings with him several years experience at Taylor Woodrow and most recently Essex-based Swift Developments prior to his new Millgate role.

Construction Director, Paul Beaney explains:
“Millgate Homes is going through a very exciting period of expansion, and the creation of this new role will help to ensure that the qualities associated with the Millgate Brand are not compromised. Marc brings with him a wealth of commercial experience and we are confident that his systems experience will enable us to strengthen our internal control procedures and improve efficiency.”
