MILLGATE ANNOUNCE A NEW DEVELOPMENT OF FREEHOLD BUSINESS UNITS IN WOODCOTE

Millgate, normally known for their high quality residential schemes, are branching into commercial property with the construction of five new freehold office buildings on the outskirts of Woodcote ranging in size from 1,000 sq ft to 1,600 sq ft. The units can be combined to provide a variety of sizes up to 8,000 sq ft. Prices are expected to start at around £260,000.

David Simpson, a director of Millgate says

"We expect the architectural features and finishes of these units to be a cut above the average small office. They are being designed to a high standard and will appeal to business owners and investors."

Michael Baker of agents Hicks Baker says

"These units will become available at a time when there is growing interest in owner occupation and purchase through self invested personal pensions (SIPPS). We will be offering these units with a financial package to make purchase a simple and straightforward matter.

Alan Ross of Tenon, the accountants and business advisors says

"The changes in the rules for owning properties in SIPPS next year will give an added incentive to purchase these units before April 2006 ".
