Raising a toast to regeneration...

As the hamper was presented at the Woodcote site, a twist of fate saw the winner, local businessman Mr Temple regaling tales from when one of his Companies held the Management Contract at the site during its former life as the Chiltern Queens bus depot.

Mr Temple explains:
“When I visited Millgate’s stand at the Reading Property Conference, I was intrigued to see how the old bus depot site was being regenerated. I found the visit to site very interesting, a vast improvement on what was here previously which has elevated the profile of the area enormously, and look forward to raising a glass or two to the success of the project as I enjoy my hamper.”
