Millgate Homes' first venture into commercial development was in 1997 when the Company built 'Millgate Court' their offices in Binfield, Berkshire. The standards of the build mirrored those of Millgate homes, and provided both a comfortable and impressive working environment. In 2005, as the Company's rapid growth caused it to outgrow the Binfield offices, Millgate Homes commenced work on new, state-of the art offices in Ruscombe, Nr Twyford. The stunning, open-plan building offers an ambient office environment and an imposing Company head quarters.
