Beryl and Peter Bayliss had been looking for a suitable retirement property for five years. Moving on from their 4 bedroom detached family home in Maidenhead was always going to be a big step for the couple as they’d lived there for over thirty years, and so when they decided to move they wanted to be sure they’d found the right place, as Beryl explains:

“We were looking to stay in the local area and wanted somewhere with a certain amount of quality. Peter likes to ride a bicycle so having the space to store that was important and we also drive to see the family, so on-site underground parking was also a big factor for us.

“We were aware of Millgate Homes’ good reputation as they are a local developer and we had seen some of their other developments nearby. I have been very impressed by the standard of the apartments, there’s a real touch of luxury that makes Imperial Court a very nice place to live.
